Oktober ist Cyber Security Month 🔐 Cyber Security betrifft uns alle, im Alltag genauso wie in Unternehmen. Als Betreiber kritischer Infrastruktur erfüllen wir die strengen gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen an die #Cybersicherheit , unter anderem im Rahmen der NIS-Regulatorik. Das sind europäische Vorgaben zum Schutz wichtiger digitaler Systeme und Dienste. Darüber hinaus setzen wir uns eigene ambitionierte Ziele und gehen damit über die geltenden Mindestanforderungen hinaus. Strengthening Asset Performance Partnerships in Kazakhstan 🤝 Our colleagues Jan-Erik Kukkonen , Tolga Dönmez , and Johan Ferket attended PetroMaintenance – an annual industry forum in 📍 Atyrau, Kazakhstan, where operators, service companies, experts and public-sector representatives connect and discuss maintenance, asset reliability, industrial safety, and new technologies. Together with our partner INTERTASCO, we demonstrated how strong local capabilities and Bilfinger’s integrated asset lifecycle solutions can improve the reliability, efficiency, safety, and sustainability of plants across the oil and gas, refining, and petrochemical sectors. 🎯🏭 The event provided a valuable platform for building long-term partnerships, developing local expertise, and exploring opportunities for closer industrial cooperation in the region. #AirLogistics is entering its most innovative era since the dawn of the jet. Advances in technology, evolving environmental regulations and the drive to decarbonise #SupplyChains are prompting the industry to rethink how cargo moves through the skies. Against this backdrop, customers, innovators and industry experts came together in Jülich, Germany to explore one question: what will the future of #sustainable air logistics look like? The discussions highlighted several important themes: 🔹 Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) is available today, but emerging technologies will also play an important role in the decades ahead. 🔹 The air freight ecosystem of the future will be enhanced by alternative fuels, next-generation aircraft, future airports and autonomous middle-mile to hybrid heavy-lift transport solutions that work together to complement the wider network. 🔹 Some of the concepts being explored today may seem unconventional, but progress depends on testing new ideas and challenging traditional constraints. 🔹 Collaboration across the entire aviation ecosystem will be essential to accelerate progress and scale innovation. Throughout the day, experts from Fraunhofer IML, Hybrid Air Vehicles, Rain Air Cargo, NATILUS , SWISS WorldCargo - Air cargo division of SWISS , Synhelion , and Kuehne+Nagel shared perspectives on both the solutions already available today and the technologies that could shape the next generation of air logistics. Attendees also had the opportunity to experience Synhelion's SAF technology first-hand during a guided tour of the company's DAWN production facility. What made the discussions especially valuable was the opportunity to look beyond incremental improvements and explore a range of pathways for the future. While there is no single blueprint for air logistics, there was a shared belief that innovation, collaboration and a willingness to challenge convention will be critical to moving the industry forward. The future of air logistics will be defined not by one breakthrough, but by the collective efforts of the entire ecosystem.

Robotic agents in production. AI-powered quality management. Knowledge transfer. Sales planning. Predictive maintenance. Safety control. Recruiting. Now we're taking it even further across the company. At our first AI Hackathon, more than 45 colleagues from Trench Group headquarters worked on 15 projects and took bright ideas toward real AI applications. Three focus areas: ➡️ Productivity & Automation ➡️ Customer & Business Impact ➡️ Creative & Experimental The goal: free our people from routine tasks and create real space for high-value work.
