600 Tage unfallfreies Arbeiten im Rheinland 👏 Unser Baustellen-Team in Monheim kann mit dem Projektabschluss des Sophie-Scholl-Quartiers gleich zwei große Erfolge feiern.🥳 Zum einen erbrachte das Team bei der Erschließung des Quartiers starke Leistungen, denn es entstanden acht Gebäudekomplexe mit insgesamt 201 Wohnungen. Für unsere Kolleg:innen vor Ort bedeutet das unter anderem ein Asphalteinbau von 3.500 m² , 10.500 m² neue Pflasterflächen und 9.300 m Kabelschutzrohre.🚧 Zum anderen haben die Kolleg:innen gleichzeitig die Marke von 600 Tagen unfallfreiem Arbeiten geknackt.👏 Bei einem Projekt von dieser Dauer und Komplexität ist das keinesfalls selbstverständlich. Wie das möglich wurde? Durch Aufmerksamkeit, gelebte Sicherheitskultur und ein starkes Miteinander auf der Baustelle. Gefördert wird das Projekt durch das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (BMWK) und entsteht in Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Forschungspartnern. Technologies need stages... or rather construction sites 🎭 The construction industry of tomorrow needs innovation – and innovation requires courage and a stage on which to be tested under real-world conditions. Such tests always remain a risk, but that is precisely what drives progress. With the ‘3DLight_OnSite’ research project, STRABAG and ZÜBLIN are taking 3D concrete printing to a new level 🚀: 💡 3D – 3D printing of concrete 💡 Light – Honeycomb-inspired lightweight construction saves up to 50% CO₂ 💡 OnSite – Directly on the construction site with mobile robots The innovation project combines several trends that are crucial for the construction industry: sustainability, robotics and concrete printing. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK) and is being developed in collaboration with other research partners. Frischer Wind in Rumänien 🌱 Als Generalunternehmerin realisiert unser Tochterunternehmen STRABAG Romania den 140-MW-Windpark Deleni – die größte Anlage für erneuerbare Energien in der Region Moldau und eines der bedeutendsten Windenergieprojekte des Landes. 🤩 Seit Baubeginn im März haben unsere Kolleg:innen vor Ort umfangreiche Tiefbau-, Infrastruktur- und Elektroarbeiten zur Vorbereitung des Geländes und der Turbinenplattformen durchgeführt. Derzeit befindet sich das Projekt in der Installationsphase der 23 Windkraftanlagen (23 GE Vernova-Turbinen mit jeweils 6,1 MW Leistung). Nach der Inbetriebnahme (Ende 2025) wird der Windpark: ⚡ Rund 62.000 Haushalte mit sauberer Energie versorgen ⚡ 370 GWh Strom pro Jahr erzeugen ⚡ Die CO₂-Emissionen um ca. 215.000 Tonnen jährlich senken Dazu Stefan Kratochwill, CEO STRABAG SE: "Im Rahmen unserer strategischen Ausrichtung auf den Energiesektor sind wir stolz darauf, einen Beitrag zur Energiewende zu leisten." A fresh breeze in Romania🌱 As general contractor, our subsidiary STRABAG Romania is constructing the 140 MW Deleni wind farm – the largest renewable energy plant in the Moldova region and one of the most significant wind energy projects in the country. 🤩 Since construction began in March, our colleagues on site have carried out extensive civil, infrastructure and electrical works to prepare the site and turbine platforms. The project is currently in the installation phase of the 23 wind turbines (23 GE Vernova turbines, each with a capacity of 6.1 MW).
