A Castel d’Ultimo, lungo la SP9, è stato completamente ripensato un nodo infrastrutturale strategico: il nuovo ponte ad arco coniuga ingegneria, tecnologia, inserimento ambientale e armonia; è stato realizzato in acciaio Corten e calcestruzzo armato, con un metodo costruttivo davvero innovativo. 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘇𝗶, direttore generale di STRABAG, sottolinea l'importanza di quest'opera – sia per il territorio sia per l’innovazione ingegneristica che rappresenta e rende l'Alto Adige indiscusso leader internazionale delle infrastrutture in ambito montano. Sie wurde aus Cortenstahl und Stahlbeton errichtet – realisiert mit einem methodischen Vorgehen, das in Südtirol bisher einzigartig ist. 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘇𝗶, Geschäftsführer von STRABAG, betont die Bedeutung dieses Bauwerks – sowohl für die Region als auch als Ausdruck von technischer Spitzenleistung, die Südtirol einmal mehr als internationalen Vorreiter im alpinen Infrastrukturbau positioniert. Unser Pumptrack im Schwarzwald steht!🌲Ob Mountainbike, Skateboard oder Inlineskates – der neue Pumptrack im süddeutschen Baiersbronn bringt die Gemeinde diesen Sommer richtig in Fahrt! Mit Wellen, Kurven und jeder Menge Flow ist hier jede:r auf Rädern und Rollen willkommen. 🌞 Im Auftrag der Gemeinde Baiersbronn wurde auf dem Areal zusätzlich ein Kidsloop realisiert.🛹 So können hier Groß und Klein Spaß haben! Die Modellierung des Parcours mit Steilkurven und Wellen aus einer Schottertragschicht ist so gestaltet, dass ein Befahren ohne Energieeinsatz möglich ist - wenn man richtig "pumpt"!⚡ Nach sechsmonatiger Bauzeit konnte der Pumptrack nun der Gemeinde übergeben werden, die sich über einen regen Besuch dieser Sportanlage freut.👋 . Schicht für Schicht in die Höhe... mit 3D-Druck!🆙 Beim Neubau dreier Mehrfamilienhäuser im süddeutschen Metzingen-Neugreuth erreichen wir gemeinsam mit dem Technologieanbieter INSTATIQ einen besonderen Meilenstein: Ein neues 3D-Betondruckverfahren wird an einem mehrgeschossigen Haus angewendet – eine Premiere in dieser Größenordnung!🥇 Dabei wird das oberste Stockwerk eines der viergeschossigen Gebäude direkt auf der Baustelle gedruckt. Im Einsatz: Ein 3D-Drucker mit automatisch gesteuertem Mastausleger, der Schicht für Schicht Beton druckt. Die Wände erreichen dabei eine Höhe von ca. 3 m und eine Stärke von bis zu 19 cm – und das bei einer Geschwindigkeit von rund zehn Zentimetern pro Sekunde.⏱️ Konkret bedeutet das, dass man eine Massivwand in nur der Hälfte der Zeit eines konventionellen Baus errichten kann. Doch dem nicht genug: Das Verfahren ist nicht nur sauberer für die Umwelt (weniger CO2-Ausstoß), sondern verursacht auch weniger Lärm und Staub für die Mitarbeiter:innen auf der Baustelle.👷🚧 . Layer by layer, rising high... with 3D printing!🆙 In the construction of three new apartment buildings in Metzingen-Neugreuth in southern Germany, we are achieving a special milestone together with technology provider INSTATIQ : a new 3D concrete printing process is being used on a multi-storey building – a first on this scale!🥇 The top floor of one of the four-storey buildings is being printed directly on the construction site. In action: a 3D printer with an automatically controlled mast boom that prints concrete layer by layer. The walls reach a height of approx. 3 m and a thickness of up to 19 cm – at a speed of around ten centimetres per second.⏱️ In concrete terms (pun intended!), this means that a solid wall can be erected in only half the time it takes to build a conventional structure. Kein Problem! 💪 Auf der B12 – genauer gesagt auf der Brücke über die A94 in Oberbayern bei Hohenlinden – wurde jede kostbare Minute effektiv genutzt. Die Sanierung der beschädigten Brückenabdichtung musste innerhalb kurzer Sperrzeiten erfolgen, um den Verkehrsfluss möglichst wenig zu beeinträchtigen. Das Ergebnis: eine punktgenaue Umsetzung unter Zeitdruck.🥵 Mit dem schnellen Sika® Hanv-Abdichtungssystem und dem Einsatz unseres Teams haben wir die Abdichtung zuverlässig und zügig erneuert. So konnten wir Verkehrsumleitungen, Kosten, Staus, Lärm und CO₂ einsparen. Dank der ultraschnellen Aushärtung hieß es: Asphalt drauf, Gussrinne rein – und schon am nächsten Tag war die Brücke wieder frei für den Verkehr!🚛 . This enabled us to avoid traffic diversions, costs, congestion, noise and CO₂ emissions.
