Ein wichtiger Hebel hierbei: Der Antrieb der Baumaschinen. 🚜 Auf Wunsch unseres Kunden @Hamburger Hochbahn AG wird bis Mitte Mai ein E-Radlader des Herstellers LiuGong unter echten Baustellenbedingungen bei der Materialverladung und Konditionierung getestet. 🚧 Elektrisch betriebene Baufahrzeuge bieten viele Mehrwerte, gerade bei innerstädtischen Großbaustellen: ✔️ Emissionsfreies Arbeiten – CO₂-Einsparung ✔️ Verbesserung der Luftqualität ✔️ Verringerung der Geräuschemissionen und Vibrationen am Einsatzort Der Test soll Auskunft darüber geben, ob E-Maschinen dieselbetriebene Baumaschinen ablösen können. Unsere Kolleg:innen werden dabei Aspekte wie Leistungsfähigkeit, Stromverbrauch, Zuverlässigkeit, Ladezeit aber auch die Ladeinfrastruktur vor Ort genaustens unter die Lupe nehmen. 🔎 Ein Pilotversuch, der elektrisiert. 🔋⚡ . Electrified construction site: Is this also possible for construction machinery? 🤔 The U5 construction site in Hamburg has a clear goal: to reduce CO₂ emissions generated during construction by at least 70%. An important lever is the drive system of the construction machinery. 🚜 At the request of our customer @Hamburger Hochbahn AG, an electric wheel loader from the manufacturer LiuGong will be tested under real construction site conditions for material loading and conditioning until mid-May. 🚧 Electrically powered construction vehicles offer many added benefits, especially on large inner-city construction sites: ✔️ Emission-free operation – CO₂ savings ✔️ Improved air quality ✔️ Reduction of noise emissions and vibrations at the site of operation The test is meant to provide information on whether electric machines can replace diesel-powered construction machines. Wasser Marsch für unsere Lehrlinge! 🤩 Nach hitzigen Wochen auf der Lehrlingsbaustelle 2.0 haben sich unsere Lehrlinge eine Abkühlung mehr als verdient! Wie praktisch, dass ihre Baustelle am Sonnenweiher in Grafenwörth mit einem projekteigenen Badeteich daherkommt! 🌊 Unter der Aufsicht zweier erfahrener Poliere meisterten sie in den vergangenen Wochen gemeinsam alle Phasen des Rohbaus und haben eigenverantwortlich fünf Reihenhäuser errichtet. In 1.614 Arbeitsstunden haben unsere Nachwuchsprofis 9.390 Ziegel verlegt und 310 Quadratmeter Elementdecken eingebaut - mit viel Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und Fachwissen. 🎉 Jetzt wurde das Projekt mit der Gleichenfeier abgeschlossen. Wir sind mächtig stolz auf unsere Jungs und halten jedenfalls schon die Augen offen nach der Lehrlingsbaustelle 3.0! 👀 Wie feiert ihr, wenn ihr eine Baustelle abgeschlossen habt? . Water, ho! for our apprentices! 🤩 After some hot weeks on the apprentice construction site 2.0, our apprentices have more than earned a cool down! How handy that their construction site at Sonnenweiher in Grafenwörth has its own swimming pond! 🌊 Under the supervision of two experienced foremen, they have mastered all phases of the shell construction together over the past few weeks and have built five terraced houses on their own. In 1,614 working hours, our trainee professionals laid 9,390 bricks and installed 310 square metres of prefabricated floor slabs – with a great deal of personal responsibility, team spirit and expertise. 🎉 The project has now been completed with a topping-out ceremony. Was zeichnet eine nachhaltige Baustelle aus? 🌱🏗️ Dieser Frage konnten einige Kolleg:innen bei der Besichtigung des neuen Landratsamts in Esslingen – unter Führung von Planungskoordinator Marc und Oberbauleiter Christian – auf den Grund gehen. 🦺💬 Der Neubau ist ein Pilotprojekt für kreislaufgerechtes Bauen und setzt höchste Ansprüche an Nachhaltigkeit, Qualität und Ästhetik. Doch bevor die Baustellenführung begann, beeindruckte der Standort: Direkt am Neckar. ⛱️ Zurück zur Nachhaltigkeit: ⏮️ Beim neuen Landratsamt wird auf zirkuläres Bauen gesetzt. ♻️ Die beim Rückbau des Bestandsgebäudes gewonnenen Materialien wurden systematisch getrennt und zu mehr als 90 Prozent zur Wiederverwertung in den Baukreislauf zurückgeführt. 💡 Zusätzlich wurden neben Cradle-to-Cradle zertifizierten Bauteilen – wie ressourcenschonendem Beton – auf Photovoltaik und Flusswasser gespeiste Wärmepumpe gesetzt. But before the construction site tour began, the location was impressive: Directly on the Neckar. ⛱️ Back to sustainability: ⏮️ The new district administration office is based on circular construction. ♻️ The materials recovered during the demolition of the existing building were systematically separated and more than 90 per cent were returned to the construction cycle for recycling. 💡 In addition to cradle-to-cradle certified components – such as resource-saving concrete – photovoltaics and a river water-fuelled heat pump were also used. Wasser Marsch für unsere Lehrlinge! 🤩 Nach hitzigen Wochen auf der Lehrlingsbaustelle 2.0 haben sich unsere Lehrlinge eine Abkühlung mehr als verdient! Wie praktisch, dass ihre Baustelle am Sonnenweiher in Grafenwörth mit einem projekteigenen Badeteich daherkommt! 🌊 Unter der Aufsicht zweier erfahrener Poliere meisterten sie in den vergangenen Wochen gemeinsam alle Phasen des Rohbaus und haben eigenverantwortlich fünf Reihenhäuser errichtet. In 1.614 Arbeitsstunden haben unsere Nachwuchsprofis 9.390 Ziegel verlegt und 310 Quadratmeter Elementdecken eingebaut - mit viel Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und Fachwissen. 🎉 Jetzt wurde das Projekt mit der Gleichenfeier abgeschlossen. Wir sind mächtig stolz auf unsere Jungs und halten jedenfalls schon die Augen offen nach der Lehrlingsbaustelle 3.0! 👀 Wie feiert ihr, wenn ihr eine Baustelle abgeschlossen habt? . Water, ho! for our apprentices! 🤩 After some hot weeks on the apprentice construction site 2.0, our apprentices have more than earned a cool down! How handy that their construction site at Sonnenweiher in Grafenwörth has its own swimming pond! 🌊 Under the supervision of two experienced foremen, they have mastered all phases of the shell construction together over the past few weeks and have built five terraced houses on their own. In 1,614 working hours, our trainee professionals laid 9,390 bricks and installed 310 square metres of prefabricated floor slabs – with a great deal of personal responsibility, team spirit and expertise. 🎉 The project has now been completed with a topping-out ceremony. Was zeichnet eine nachhaltige Baustelle aus? 🌱🏗️ Dieser Frage konnten einige Kolleg:innen bei der Besichtigung des neuen Landratsamts in Esslingen – unter Führung von Planungskoordinator Marc und Oberbauleiter Christian – auf den Grund gehen. 🦺💬 Der Neubau ist ein Pilotprojekt für kreislaufgerechtes Bauen und setzt höchste Ansprüche an Nachhaltigkeit, Qualität und Ästhetik. Doch bevor die Baustellenführung begann, beeindruckte der Standort: Direkt am Neckar. ⛱️ Zurück zur Nachhaltigkeit: ⏮️ Beim neuen Landratsamt wird auf zirkuläres Bauen gesetzt. ♻️ Die beim Rückbau des Bestandsgebäudes gewonnenen Materialien wurden systematisch getrennt und zu mehr als 90 Prozent zur Wiederverwertung in den Baukreislauf zurückgeführt. 💡 Zusätzlich wurden neben Cradle-to-Cradle zertifizierten Bauteilen – wie ressourcenschonendem Beton – auf Photovoltaik und Flusswasser gespeiste Wärmepumpe gesetzt. But before the construction site tour began, the location was impressive: Directly on the Neckar. ⛱️ Back to sustainability: ⏮️ The new district administration office is based on circular construction. ♻️ The materials recovered during the demolition of the existing building were systematically separated and more than 90 per cent were returned to the construction cycle for recycling. 💡 In addition to cradle-to-cradle certified components – such as resource-saving concrete – photovoltaics and a river water-fuelled heat pump were also used. Ob Baustelle oder Büro: Der Bus ist flexibel unterwegs und kommt direkt zu unseren Mitarbeiter:innen. 🏗️🏢 Was drin steckt: Gesundheitsförderung pur! Mit smarter Screening-Technologie können gesundheitliche Risiken frühzeitig erkannt werden. Von Herzgesundheit über Muskelkraft bis hin zu allgemeinen Fitnesswerten: Ziel ist es, durch Gesundheits-Checks präventiv zu unterstützen und das Wohlbefinden ganzheitlich zu fördern. ❤️ Das alles ist für unsere Mitarbeitenden natürlich komplett kostenlos. 😊 Und das Beste? Smart screening technology can identify health risks at an early stage. From heart health and muscle strength to general fitness levels: the aim is to provide preventive support through health checks and promote wellbeing in a holistic way. ❤️ All of this is of course completely for free for our employees. 😊 The best part? Eines der Highlights ist die vollelektrische Tandemwalze HD 12e VV, die unsere Kolleg:innen nördlich von Frankfurt am Main im Sportstättenbau eingesetzt haben.🥅⚽ Beim Neubau zweier Kunstrasenplätze in Butzbach durfte die E-Walze zeigen, was sie kann. Das Ergebnis: Sie ist leise, sauber, zuverlässig – mit bis zu sechs Stunden Dauerleistung, wenn nötig. Seit November 2024 ist die Walze nun offiziell im Einsatz und sorgt bei der Verdichtung des Erdplanums und ungebundener Tragschichten für starke Leistung, ganz ohne Emissionen.💪 Das Fazit unseres Teams: Die Walze überzeugt auf ganzer Linie und markiert einen weiteren wichtigen Schritt in Richtung klimafreundliches Arbeiten und Bauen.👏 Mehr zu alternativen Antriebsmethoden bei STRABAG findet ihr hier 👉 https://scom.ly/AltAntriebe . The result: it is quiet, clean and reliable - with up to six hours of continuous performance if necessary.
