Richtig: Wir erstellen sie selbst!😜 Damit das Gebäude auch künftig nutzbar bleibt, haben wir mit unserem BESTAND Check einen umfassenden Belastungstest durchgeführt. Die historische Rippendecke wurde mittels modernster Mess- und Steuerungstechnik untersucht. Mit BIM-3D-Modell, Notstützungen und Lastweiterleitungen konnte unser Team alle Nachweise erbringen, um dem Gebäude ein zweites Leben zu ermöglichen.🔜 Bestandsgebäude bieten enorme Chancen: Umbau, Verdichtung oder energetische Sanierung schonen Ressourcen und senken CO₂. Right: we create them ourselves!😜 To ensure that the building remains usable in the future, we carried out a comprehensive stress test with our BESTAND Check. The historic ribbed ceiling was examined using state-of-the-art measurement and control technology. With a BIM 3D model, emergency supports and load transfers, our team was able to provide all the evidence needed to give the building a second life.🔜 Building in existing structures offers enormous opportunities: conversion, densification or energy-efficient renovation conserve resources and reduce CO₂.
