Eloa's journey with MAHLE began in 2023 as an HR apprentice, where she gained her first experience in a corporate environment and developed a new perspective on her professional future. In 2025, she returned as an intern, expanding her knowledge, connecting academic learning with real-world practice, and supporting initiatives that make a difference for people across the organization. Today, Eloa looks back on a journey marked by continuous learning and development, which has led her to take on her current role as a professional at MAHLE. Fueling What’s Next Formula Future 2026 put technological diversity at the heart of student motorsport and MAHLE was proud to support it as a partner for the first time. Around 250 students from 10 teams across three countries came together to put their engineering ideas to the test. All four powertrain concepts were represented by at least one team that passed technical inspection and demonstrated its performance on track. A special highlight: the MAHLE supported HyDriven team from Twente helped mark a first for the event, with two hydrogen-powered cars sharing the track. Hydrogen- and e-fuel-powered race taxis added another opportunity to experience alternative powertrain technologies in action. What stood out just as much as the cars was the students’ curiosity about different technological approaches. What happens when curiosity meets engineering? The next generation of innovators takes its first step. 👩🔬💡 Curiosity, collaboration and innovation took center stage at the MAHLE Girls’ Day in Japan. On August 5, 12 female junior high and high school students joined us at the MAHLE Tokyo office to explore the exciting world of Sales & Application Engineering and discover how technology helps shape future mobility. Through an interactive workshop, participants stepped into the role of Sales & Application Engineers, working in teams to understand customer needs, develop solutions, and present their ideas on mobility topics such as EV (Electric Vehicles) battery, thermal management, and vehicle lightweighting. The day also included a MAHLE Quiz Challenge, an office tour, and inspiring conversations with female MAHLE employees, who shared insights into their educational and career journeys. Girls’ Day Japan showed that engineering is about more than technology. It is about teamwork, creativity, communication, and solving challenges together. MAHLE Starts Series Production of Battery Cooling Plates at Montblanc, Tarragona Battery cooling plates ensure temperatures below 40°C and uniform heat distribution across battery cells for electric vehicles, supporting the performance, fast charging capability, and longevity of lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles. The site received a double-digit million-euro investment to upgrade and transform its operations and can produce up to 15,000 units per week. With a total workforce of 750 employees, the project created skilled jobs and new development opportunities in the region. The development of the project within a demanding timeline has been made possible thanks to the support of public institutions and authorities. By selecting its Montblanc plant to manufacture this series order, MAHLE strengthens its industrial footprint in Spain. The decision was driven by the plant’s proximity to key customers and logistics corridors, as well as its proven expertise and extensive track record in delivering highly automated, long-term production projects, a key factor in the successful industrialization of this technology. “The launch of this project has required a transformation of the plant, which we have successfully executed in record time.
