NEXT LEVEL Women @ AGRANA – a successful kick-off 🙌 A fully packed room, more than 30 participants joining via livestream, and plenty of inspiring impulses: the kick-off of NEXT LEVEL Women on March 11, 2026, was a great success. ➡️ The new initiative provides a platform for exchange, mentoring, and personal development – by women, for women. “We address the topics that matter to women at AGRANA,” emphasized Sabine Hacker and Petra Steiner in their opening remarks. The discussion focused on opportunities and challenges for women in the workplace – particularly in leadership roles. 👉 CEO Stephan Buettner summed it up: “Diverse perspectives strengthen teams and lead to better decisions.” A key topic was the importance of networks and mentoring: “Mentoring can be a decisive support,” said Foziya D. . Tamara Ranzenberger-Haider also highlighted the important role of networks as spaces for exchange and mutual support. A special highlight to close the event came from comedian Caroline Athanasiadis , who delivered a clear message: women should confidently show their strengths – and don’t always have to be perfect. NEXT LEVEL Women has had a strong start and will now be further developed step by step: with mentoring programs, events, and a growing community – starting in Austria and expanding internationally. 💪 Thank you to everyone who joined the kick-off. 🌍 AGRANA launches pilot project using bats as environmental indicators 🦇 Bats are highly sensitive to environmental changes and act as bioindicators, reflecting the health of ecosystems and biodiversity. As part of a new pilot project at selected Austrian production sites, AGRANA is using advanced technology and data analysis to monitor bat activity. These insights help us measure biodiversity and reduce or avoid environmental impacts from production. By better understanding local ecosystems, we can make more sustainable decisions and protect the environment around our facilities – for bats, for nature, and for future generations. 💚

Six locations, over 380 participants and plenty of expert exchange – the AGRANA Field Days were once again a great success!🌾 Starch potatoes and ethanol grain were in excellent condition, providing the ideal backdrop for discussions on variety selection, crop protection and fertilisation. We’re especially pleased about the growing interest in climate-resilient varieties. #AGRANAAGM2025 | Annual General Meeting voted for a dividend of € 0.70 📊🤝 Last Friday, the Annual General Meeting voted to pay out a dividend for the 2024|25 financial year in the amount of € 0.70 per share. AGRANA therefore remains committed to a predictable, reliable and transparent dividend policy focused on continuity. The distributions take into account both the Group’s profit as well as its cash flow and its debt situation while also maintaining a sound balance sheet structure. Our CEO Stephan Buettner presented the financial results, the status of implementation of the new Group strategy "NEXT LEVEL" and gave a business outlook with exciting projects currently in the pipeline.
