Today, we celebrated Prof. Reinhold Würth’s 90th birthday and the 80th anniversary of the Würth Group. Family and companions, guests from the worlds of politics, business and the arts, customers and suppliers as well as the company management paid tribute to Prof. Würth’s life’s work during a ceremony at Carmen Würth Forum in the German town of Künzelsau. On 16 July 1945, Adolf Würth opened the doors to his wholesaling business for screws and bolts, marking the beginning of Würth’s success story: Through entrepreneurial passion, courage, curiosity, and his keen sense for people, Prof. Würth, Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Würth Group, transformed the small business into the global market leader in the development, production, and sale of assembly and fastening materials it is today. In addition to a video greeting from Frank-Walter Steinmeier, President of the Federal Republic of Germany, and a speech by Winfried Kretschmann, State Premier of Baden-Württemberg, the companies of the Würth Group also congratulated Prof. Würth with their own birthday song.🎵 #wuerth #wuerthgroup #würth #reinholdwürth #birthday #anniversary @regierung_bw @wuerthphilharmoniker

The museum, opened in 2001, will be expanded with about 600 square meters of additional exhibition space, allowing us to present you even larger parts of Würth Collection in the heart of Schwäbisch Hall!
