KG 🎉📦 Across the company, 650 employees came together to honor five decades of history, progress, and shared success. 🎊 The roots of today’s logistics success story go back to 1976. With its acquisition by the Würth Group in 1996, WLC began a new chapter defined by continuous growth, the expansion of its locations in Germany, and the development of innovative logistics solutions within the Würth Group. In the years that followed, WLC continued to expand its capabilities: from the opening of its first external site in Gaisbach in 2002 to receiving the German Logistics Award together with the Würth Group in 2009 for innovative logistics solutions. Further milestones such as the opening of the new Hall 110 with an automated small-parts warehouse in Adelsheim, the launch of the central external warehouse in Kupferzell in 2020, and the takeover of the entire site in Crailsheim in 2025 reflect the company's continuous growth and development. Looking back on 50 years, one thing becomes clear: WLC's story is not only about logistics, locations, and technology. It is above all a story shaped by the people who have driven the company forward over the past five decades. Since 1996, Würth Masterservice has stood for repair, maintenance, testing and calibration — helping to keep machines, tools and equipment ready for use. What started in 1996 with around 40 incoming machines per day and 5,500 spare parts in stock has grown significantly over the years: today, Würth Masterservice handles around 600 incoming machines per day and has more than 10,000 spare parts in stock. Together with its support site in Pilsen, Czech Republic, the Masterservice of Würth Deutschland employs around 140 employees, including approximately 65 service technicians. Its services go far beyond classic repairs. From maintenance and inspections to testing and calibration, the team helps reduce downtime and ensures that customers are always ready for their next job. The international network has also grown over the years: repairs have already been carried out for more than 15 Würth companies, including those in Ireland, Belgium, Slovakia, France, Italy and Austria. In addition, more than 30 Würth companies have their own Masterservice structures, while many still rely on the German Masterservice for selected repairs or technical expertise. 🏔️ In the mountains of Abruzzo, it wasn’t just about winning medals – it was about inclusion, teamwork, and unforgettable moments. ✨ The National Winter Games of Special Olympics Italia took place from 2–6 March 2026 in Italy, with many competitions held in Ovindoli. The games bring together athletes with mental and multiple disabilities. Würth Italia proudly supported the event by sending 16 volunteers to Ovindoli. Our colleagues helped in different activities to support the organization, including assisting during the opening ceremony of the games.🤗 At the initiative of Carmen Würth, Würth has been supporting Special Olympics for many years in Germany. The goal of the competitions is to strengthen participants’ self-confidence and promote greater acceptance in society through sport. A big thank you to all volunteers and athletes who made these games such a special event.

As part of their 18-month international trainee program, the three worked from the USA, Brazil and India on a project for the @familienherbergelebensweg - a place that gives parents, their severely ill or care-dependent children, and siblings a rare and meaningful chance to pause and recharge together as family away from everyday life. The connection between Würth and the Familienherberge Lebensweg has existed for many years: Carmen Würth and the Würth Foundation are committed to this valuable and rare offer. The assignment for our trainees: to develop and evaluate a comprehensive employee survey. The outcome: a high level of participation - and meaningful insights into how strongly team spirit, trust and purpose shape the daily work within the organization.
