Promoting the arts, and classical music in particular, is an integral part of Reinhold Würth’s cultural and entrepreneurial identity. 🎶 As an entrepreneur and patron of the arts, who also learned to play the violin, Reinhold Würth began supporting musicians in the 1970s, organized concerts in his home and has continued his support as part of Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG’s cultural program since 1999. With the establishment of @wuerthphilharmoniker and Reinhold Würth Musikstiftung in 2017, as well as the construction of @carmenwuerthforum in Künzelsau-Gaisbach, he gave classical music a permanent home at the company. There, music lover Reinhold Würth makes high-profile concerts accessible to a wide audience. Würth Philharmoniker as the philharmonic orchestra of Reinhold Würth Musikstiftung gGmbH, directed by their chief conductor Claudio Vandelli, came into being on the initiative of Reinhold Würth. Since 2017, when Carmen Würth Forum was opened, Würth Philharmoniker has welcomed internationally renowned artists to the conductor's stand and on stage for regularly sold-out concerts. The orchestra also performed in major concert halls around the world, including the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and the Grosses Festspielhaus Salzburg. 🎼To give you a sense of the orchestra’s musical presence, we’re sharing an excerpt from Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 in E minor, Op. 95 – “From the New World”. Greenland on Skis: Würth supported 16-Year-Old Amira Blum cross the ice cap ❄️ 558 kilometers. 26 days. Temperatures down to minus 35 degrees Celsius. What sounds like the outline of a polar expedition led by seasoned explorers was, in fact, a father-daughter journey – and a remarkable one at that. This summer, 16-year-old Amira Blum from Davos became the youngest European to cross Greenland’s inland ice entirely on foot and skis. Accompanied only by her father, adventurer and polar expert Markus Blum, she traversed the world's largest island from west to east – unassisted, without a guide team, and completely self-sufficient. As a main sponsor, Würth supported this exceptional project. Not because of the record – but because of the spirit behind it: a shared goal, months of preparation, and the ability to rely on each other when it counts. The two hauled 180 kilograms of gear on sleds: food, tent, fuel, and everything needed to survive on the ice for nearly a month. Their route led past crevassed glaciers, through whiteouts and over the desolate summit at 2,500 meters. Take a look at the photos from the expedition, which almost speak for themselves – raw, quiet, and strikingly beautiful. 📸 Credits: Markus Blum #wuerth #würth #wuerthgroup #blumundweg #ice #expedition #greenland #ski

Two days full of AI power! At the AI Festival in Heilbronn, Würth Deutschland and Würth IT GmbH presented three innovative AI use cases that support our sales department in its daily work: 1Plus plans tours, recommends products and designs prices with the help of AI. The PICO voice assistant performs simple tasks in the office and in the field. And Würth Lens enables quick visual product searches. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and shared their thoughts with us. The conversations with experts gave us a lot to think about – and a few ideas to take home. AI at Würth means that we are looking for specific use cases that offer our customers and employees added value. We share successful projects and knowledge with other companies within the Würth Group. The IPAI offers ideal conditions for this: It is about exchanging ideas with other companies, learning from each other and jointly developing innovative solutions for selected projects. We look forward to continuing to play an active role in shaping the future of AI! 🚀

Logistics has been a key factor in Würth’s success right from the start. It ensures that our sales processes run smoothly, that customers receive their orders on time, and that they are ultimately satisfied. 📦✔️ In the 1970s, most of the processes were handled manually. At our headquarters in Gaisbach, employees prepared between 1,000 and 2,000 shipments per day on average. Those days are long behind us: Today, Würth’s distribution centers around the world ship over 220,000 orders every day. As the Würth Group continues to grow, so too must its structures and processes. That’s why the Group’s strategy is to make full use of digitalization and automation. This helps address social challenges such as demographic change and the shortage of skilled workers, while also easing the workload of employees by reducing repetitive tasks. For the strategic development of logistics, the Würth Group has set itself the goal of achieving an automation level of 75 percent in the companies with the highest sales volumes by 2030. Back then and today, our employees ensure that customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. The seamless interaction of employees, robots, workplace safety, and corporate growth contributes to the success of the Würth Group.📈 #ThenAndNow #ArchiveSeries #wuerthgroup #wuerth #würth #80yearsWuerth #logistics

Today, we are celebrating Carmen Würth’s 88th birthday! 🎉 Driven by a deep belief in the value of every human being, Carmen Würth has dedicated her life to building bridges between people —regardless of their disabilities. One of the most remarkable expressions of this commitment is @hotel.anesophie in Künzelsau, Germany. What began as a small hotel project in 2003 has grown into something very special – a place where people with and without disabilities work together side by side. And the values behind this project run like a thread through many of her other initiatives — including those that open doors to literature. In 2017, she initiated the @kulturhauswuerth_bibliothek with the Frau Holle library. There, you’ll find her private collection of more than 10,000 books, both fiction and non-fiction, open to the public. She also launched the music festival by @stiftung_wuerth in 2013. Performers are groups from special education institutions, whose heartfelt performances bring a unique energy to the stage and create moments of genuine connection that stay with the audience long after the music ends. Today, we thank her and wish her continued joy, strength, and many inspiring years ahead. Leave your birthday wishes in the comments! 🥳 📷Würth/ Peter Petter #wuerth #würth #wuerthgroup #CarmenWürth #HotelAnneSophie #KulturhausWürth #StiftungWürth

Würth is connected globally 🌍 The wholesaling business for screws and bolts, established by Adolf Würth with only two employees in 1945, has evolved into a globally operating group with more than 87,000 employees. The global expansion started with the foundation of @wurth_nederland in 1962. Since the foundation of @wuerth_japan in 1987, Würth has been represented on all continents. Reinhold Würth’s secret to success has always been his trust in his employees: When setting up new local companies, he put the business in the hands of local employees who knew the culture and business practices of the respective country. ▶️🎤 We asked four employees from different countries what they associate with Würth. #würth #wuerth #wuerthgroup #80yearsWuerth
