This year, we linked our global employee survey to a very special initiative: for every participant, we donated one euro to a social institution in their country💰. As more than 80 percent of our colleagues worldwide participated, we were able to collect 5,400 euros for SOS Children's Villages/ SOS-Kinderdörfer weltweit in #Austria , #Germany , the #US , #Brazil , #China and #India . In 2015, he encouraged his father to join the company, further strengthening the family’s connection to Miba. His mother also contributed significantly to our success, working with us until her retirement in 2023.
