Interested in a labor-saving tube mill for making square and rectangular products? ASMAG Group member SEUTHE GmbH manufactures Flexible Cold Forming® mills. The FCF® tube mills which are installed worldwide require only one roll set for each dimensional range. This type of system reduces changeovers from several hours down to 30 minutes or so. The SEUTHE FCF® technology forms the profiles directly, i.e., it does not first create a round tube from which a profile is then formed. Thus, these tube mills operate with minimal material usage. Another advantage is the cost-effectiveness due to the fact that no material thickening in the corner areas occurs. This allows material savings of up to 3 %. For more information, see Hartwig Hiestermann , Managing Director, SEUTHE GmbH . Learn more at www.asmag-group.com . #Fabtech25 #Chicago #ASMAGGroup #SEUTHE
Looking to improve your tube operations? Whether you need a new draw bench line from the ground up or want to modernize your existing system, ASMAG is your partner. If you’re struggling with a difficult decision—whether to add more tube or profile capacity—equipment manufacturer SEUTHE has made this a simple choice. With a single investment, you can do both. The company designs and builds hybrid systems, which use the footprint of one machine but function as two machines. Because it’s designed to produce profiles and tube, the hybrid concept uses a large number of tooling stands for forming complex profiles. It’s also equipped with a high-frequency resistance welding unit for making tube. The machine is intended to produce standard profiles, custom profiles, and steel tube in diameters specified by the customer. · For maximum flexibility, each driven roll has its own motor. This allows the operator to tune the system so that each driven roll rotates at the optimal speed. · To accommodate the quick changeovers, the mill makes extensive use of rafts. The forming stands, sizing stands, and turksheads are rafted. · For maximum uptime, the system has an automated adjustment system that aligns the tooling, sets each motor’s speed, and so on. Learn more about the hybrid machine, and how it will improve your operations, when you visit The ASMAG Group at FABTECH, September 8-11, at Chicago’s McCormick Place, booth D42351.
Think you don’t have a choice in material handling, stacking, and bundling systems? You do. ASMAG has been designing and building such systems for as long as it has been designing and building tube processing machines. The company excels in designing capable, efficient systems that load and unload machines and stack and bundle the tube when it’s finished. Learn more about the company’s material handling technology, and how it will improve your operations, when you visit The ASMAG Group at FABTECH, September 8-11, at Chicago’s McCormick Place, booth D42351.
Spending too much time on straightener setup? ASMAG’s 2-roll, 6-roll, 10-roll, and horizontal-vertical straighteners rely more on controls and software and rely less on the operator’s skill and time. Each machine has features especially suited to the specific machine type. Learn more about the company’s straightener technology, and how it will improve your operations, when you visit The ASMAG Group at FABTECH, September 8-11, at Chicago’s McCormick Place, booth D42351.

Need better-quality cuts from your flying saw? The DualCut series from ASMAG is designed so that the clamps are extremely close to the blades, minimizing vibration. This series of saws covers diameters from 2.500 inches to 16 inches. Learn more about the DualCut, and how it will improve your operations, when you visit The ASMAG Group at FABTECH, September 8-11, at Chicago’s McCormick Place, booth D42351.
Draw bench techs spending too much time on manual setups? ASMAG draw benches rely on the control panel far more than the toolbox, taking time and labor out of the setup process. Learn more about these draw benches, and how they will improve your operations, when you visit The ASMAG Group at FABTECH, September 8-11, at Chicago’s McCormick Place, booth D42351.
Moving material from place to place turning into a major hassle? Why not streamline your operations with a customized material handling system? Mill changeovers taking too long? Why not invest in a mill with automatic tooling setup? ASMAG Group member SEUTHE GmbH has developed two such systems. The two systems are Centralized Tooling Adjustment (CTA), which is for round tubes, and Flexible Cold Forming®, which is for square and rectangular tubes. They reduce changeover time from hours to minutes. Learn more about these mills, and how they will improve your operations, when you visit The ASMAG Group at FABTECH, September 8-11, at Chicago’s McCormick Place, booth D42351.
Need a faster, cleaner recut process? The RingSaw®, designed and manufactured by ASMAG Group member REIKA, turns the conventional sawing process inside out. The saw’s circular blade has teeth on the ID; the sawing machine grips the blade around the OD. The blade cuts with two motions, rotation and oscillation, for smooth, clean cuts. An ideal machine for recutting heavy-wall, high-strength material. Learn more about the saw and how it will improve your operations, when you visit The ASMAG Group at FABTECH, September 8-11, at Chicago’s McCormick Place, booth D42351.
Is your saw slowing down your tube mill? The MonoCut series from ASMAG is available with lightning-fast linear drive technology, which delivers power directly to the saw carriage—it doesn’t have a rack-and-pinion system. This series of saws covers diameters from 0.500 inch to 6.625 inches. The cut ends are clean, essentially burr-free, eliminating the need for a deburring operation. On a 5-inch-square tube, cut to 20-foot lengths, the MonoCut can keep up with a mill running at 600 FPM. Learn more about the MonoCut and how it will improve your operations, when you visit The ASMAG Group at FABTECH, September 8-11, at Chicago’s McCormick Place, booth D42351.
We design, we produce, we assemble, we deliver, and we commission. And now we have a certification that shows that our production systems are built to last. We don’t rely on anyone else to assemble any of our equipment. We take care of this in-house. It’s the only way to be sure that it’s done right, done to our standards. And we recently took an additional step to ensure that our standards are on par with industry standards. As of April 25, TÜV Austria certified the expertise of our welding team. This investment on the part of ASMAG is just one part of our commitment to you, the customer—our commitment to providing capable, durable, robust production systems. Whether you produce tube, bar, or profile, you can depend on the ASMAG Group of companies to deliver a seamless turnkey production system. A durable system. A robust system. A system built to last. Learn more about our certification when you visit FABTECH, September 8-11, at Chicago’s McCormick Place, booth D42351.
