Erfolgreiche Montage der Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke Schwaz–Stans 🌉🚲 Auf der Baustelle der neuen 102m langen schweren Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke Schwaz–Stans schreiten die Arbeiten planmäßig voran. Nach der erfolgreichen Montage der ersten Brückenhälfte konnte nun auch der zweite große Hub erfolgreich durchgeführt werden. Bei herrlichem Wetter wurde die verbleibende Brückenhälfte stückweise mittels komplexer Tandemhübe an ihre endgültige Position gebracht. Damit ist ein weiterer wichtiger Schritt im Bauablauf geschafft. Nach dem Rückbau der Montagehilfskonstruktionen kann die halbseitig im Inn eingebrachte Vorschüttung rechtzeitig vor dem Ende der Niedrigwasserperiode wieder entfernt werden. 👷♂️👷♀️ Am Projekt arbeiten unter anderem PORRianer*innen des Ingenieurbau Tirol sowie der Stahlbaugruppe gemeinsam an der Umsetzung dieser neuen Verbindung für den Rad- und Fußverkehr. Die neue Brücke wird künftig eine wichtige Verbindung zwischen den Gemeinden Schwaz und Stans schaffen und einen Beitrag zur klimafreundlichen Mobilität in der Region leisten. ___ Successful installation of the Schwaz–Stans cycle and pedestrian bridge 🌉🚲 Work is progressing according to plan at the construction site of the new 102-metre-long heavy cycle and pedestrian bridge between Schwaz and Stans. Following the successful installation of the first half of the bridge, the second major lift has now also been successfully completed. In glorious weather, the remaining half of the bridge was moved piece by piece into its final position using complex tandem lifts. This marks another important step in the construction process. Once the auxiliary assembly structures have been dismantled, the backfill on one side of the Inn can be removed in good time before the end of the low water period. 👷♂️👷♀️ PORR employees from Civil Engineering Tyrol and the Steel Construction Group, among others, are working together on the project to implement this new connection for cyclists and pedestrians. Die PORR hat in Kooperation mit dem Start-up ORBIS Development einen Testversuch pilotiert, bei dem EPS mithilfe eines innovativen Bagger-Anbaugeräts von mineralischen Restbeständen befreit wird. Für das Recycling der entstandenen Stoffe wurden Baumit Austria und Austrotherm Österreich ins Boot geholt. Auch die Auftraggeberseite war von Anfang an mit an Bord. So wurde die Entwicklung des Anbaugeräts bereits im Frühstadium durch Wohnbauträger Salzburg Wohnbau begleitet. ♻️ Durch die Kombination aus selektivem Rückbau und begleitenden Recyclingversuchen wurde ein wichtiger Schritt gesetzt, um Wärmedämmverbundsysteme künftig systematisch in Richtung Kreislaufwirtschaft zu entwickeln. 🔧 Baufortschritt Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke Schwaz–Stans: Auf unserer Baustelle der neuen Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke zwischen Schwaz und Stans geht es planmäßig voran. Die erste Brückenhälfte wurde erfolgreich montiert. Ein wichtiger Meilenstein für das Projekt und ein beeindruckender Moment für alle Beteiligten. 📸 Hier einige Aufnahmen von der Montage. Anfang März ist der Einhub des zweiten Brückenteils vorgesehen. Damit rückt die Fertigstellung der Tragkonstruktion einen entscheidenden Schritt näher. Bei den Arbeiten am Firmengelände der @schachermayer.at GmbH in Linz nähern wir uns dem nächsten Meilenstein 🏗️ 🏗️ Der Rohbau für das Sperrgutlager 4 (SG4) und das Hochregallager III (HRLIII) steht kurz vor der Fertigstellung – lediglich zwei große Deckenabschnitte werden noch betoniert. Damit nimmt der neue Industriekomplex mit rund 25.500 m² Bruttogeschossfläche weiter klar Form an. 🏢 Auch die Aufstockung des Bürogebäudes ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen. 🏗️ Die Baustelle als Bühne: Tanz trifft Baukunst in Aspern 🕺 Für unser neues Video verwandelt Tänzer Rafael Lesage die PORR Baustelle der Zentralberufsschule Aspern in Wien in eine spektakuläre Bühne. Ausgestattet mit vollständiger Sicherheitsausrüstung betritt Rafael die Baustelle und performt eine eigens entwickelte Choreografie hoch über den Dächern. Mitten im aktuell größten PPP-Hochbauprojekt Österreichs entsteht eine moderne Zentralberufsschule für bis zu 7.500 Schülerinnen und Schüler jährlich sowie rund 350 Beschäftigte. Das Gesamtprojekt umfasst 15,8 km zweibahnige Schnellstraße – die verbleibenden Abschnitte folgen noch in diesem Jahr. Parallel dazu entsteht mit dem Wojnowce MOP der künftig größte Rastplatz Polens mit rund 800 Lkw- und 200 Pkw-Stellplätzen. Erfolgreiche Montage der Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke Schwaz–Stans 🌉🚲 Auf der Baustelle der neuen 102m langen schweren Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke Schwaz–Stans schreiten die Arbeiten planmäßig voran. Nach der erfolgreichen Montage der ersten Brückenhälfte konnte nun auch der zweite große Hub erfolgreich durchgeführt werden. Bei herrlichem Wetter wurde die verbleibende Brückenhälfte stückweise mittels komplexer Tandemhübe an ihre endgültige Position gebracht. Damit ist ein weiterer wichtiger Schritt im Bauablauf geschafft. Nach dem Rückbau der Montagehilfskonstruktionen kann die halbseitig im Inn eingebrachte Vorschüttung rechtzeitig vor dem Ende der Niedrigwasserperiode wieder entfernt werden. 👷♂️👷♀️ Am Projekt arbeiten unter anderem PORRianer*innen des Ingenieurbau Tirol sowie der Stahlbaugruppe gemeinsam an der Umsetzung dieser neuen Verbindung für den Rad- und Fußverkehr. Die neue Brücke wird künftig eine wichtige Verbindung zwischen den Gemeinden Schwaz und Stans schaffen und einen Beitrag zur klimafreundlichen Mobilität in der Region leisten. ___ Successful installation of the Schwaz–Stans cycle and pedestrian bridge 🌉🚲 Work is progressing according to plan at the construction site of the new 102-metre-long heavy cycle and pedestrian bridge between Schwaz and Stans. Following the successful installation of the first half of the bridge, the second major lift has now also been successfully completed. In glorious weather, the remaining half of the bridge was moved piece by piece into its final position using complex tandem lifts. This marks another important step in the construction process. Once the auxiliary assembly structures have been dismantled, the backfill on one side of the Inn can be removed in good time before the end of the low water period. 👷♂️👷♀️ PORR employees from Civil Engineering Tyrol and the Steel Construction Group, among others, are working together on the project to implement this new connection for cyclists and pedestrians. Die PORR hat in Kooperation mit dem Start-up ORBIS Development einen Testversuch pilotiert, bei dem EPS mithilfe eines innovativen Bagger-Anbaugeräts von mineralischen Restbeständen befreit wird. Für das Recycling der entstandenen Stoffe wurden Baumit Austria und Austrotherm Österreich ins Boot geholt. Auch die Auftraggeberseite war von Anfang an mit an Bord. So wurde die Entwicklung des Anbaugeräts bereits im Frühstadium durch Wohnbauträger Salzburg Wohnbau begleitet. ♻️ Durch die Kombination aus selektivem Rückbau und begleitenden Recyclingversuchen wurde ein wichtiger Schritt gesetzt, um Wärmedämmverbundsysteme künftig systematisch in Richtung Kreislaufwirtschaft zu entwickeln. The development of the excavator attachment was supported by the housing developer Salzburg Wohnbau from the earliest stages. ♻️ By combining selective demolition with accompanying recycling trials, an important step has been taken towards the systematic development of external thermal insulation composite systems as part of a circular economy. 🔧 Baufortschritt Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke Schwaz–Stans: Auf unserer Baustelle der neuen Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke zwischen Schwaz und Stans geht es planmäßig voran. Das Gesamtprojekt umfasst 15,8 km zweibahnige Schnellstraße – die verbleibenden Abschnitte folgen noch in diesem Jahr. Parallel dazu entsteht mit dem Wojnowce MOP der künftig größte Rastplatz Polens mit rund 800 Lkw- und 200 Pkw-Stellplätzen.
