MIC at #EFA2025 - exciting insights, strong panels, top networking on the Danube. 💼🌍⚓ MIC was strongly represented at this year’s EFA (Europäischen Forum für Außenwirtschaft) Conference in Linz. The event focused on “Global Economy in Transition – Free Trade, Regionalization, Deglobalization?” and brought together leading experts from business, academia, and government. Our experts took the opportunity to network, exchange knowledge, and engage in high-level discussions. A highlight: MIC’s hosted networking evening on the Danube – with regional music, good food, and meaningful conversations in a relaxed setting. Thanks to everyone who joined! 😊

It’s Biodiversity Day; but the flower meadow outside is on rain break 🌧️🌸 One of us still went out to admire the wildflowers in front of our office – soaked but committed. And after? 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 International Day of Families – May 15th At MIC, we believe that supporting employees who are parents is more than a benefit – it’s a core value. Austria’s parental leave regulations are among the most generous in the world, but we aim to go even further: we want all parents – regardless of gender – to feel welcome, supported, and confident that taking family time doesn't mean pausing their career. 🔙 Looking back: Regional Robot Olympiad Linz 2025 On April 24, 2025, MIC proudly supported the @akademischesgymnasium_linz at the very first Regional Robot Olympiad, hosted at HTL Leonding. 🤖 20 student teams from Linz showcased their creativity and tech skills by building and programming LEGO® robots under the theme “Ski World Cup Saalbach Hinterglemm.” From ski search bots to flag bearers – the ideas were as unique as the teams themselves. We’re proud to be part of the TECHNIKTALENTE initiative, helping young minds explore the world of technology early on.
