With over 600 vehicle transporters 🚛, we transport more than 1.9 million vehicles across Europe every year. To do this, we need well-trained truck drivers who like their job. This consists of a theoretical and practical test. 💡 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗖𝟵𝟱) Every five years, professional drivers must complete 35 hours of further training to refresh their knowledge and to receive the EU code “95” on their driving license. Without this entry, commercial use of the driver's license is not permitted. 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Driving with vehicles whose maximum speed does not exceed 45 km/h or driving for the fire department and civil protection. 𝗛𝗥 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗅 🤝 Last week, our international HR community came together in Kemer for four inspiring days of exchange, collaboration and fresh perspectives. 🌐 Participants worked intensively on our 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 and, as part of the 𝗛:𝗘𝗟𝗶𝗫𝗦 (𝗛ödlmayr 𝗘mployee 𝗟𝗶fecycle E𝘅perience 𝗦ystem) 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, they also took a deep dive into initial HR processes to identify synergies and unlock potential across the group.
