𝗛𝗥 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗅 🤝 Last week, our international HR community came together in Kemer for four inspiring days of exchange, collaboration and fresh perspectives. 🌐 Participants worked intensively on our 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 and, as part of the 𝗛:𝗘𝗟𝗶𝗫𝗦 (𝗛ödlmayr 𝗘mployee 𝗟𝗶fecycle E𝘅perience 𝗦ystem) 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, they also took a deep dive into initial HR processes to identify synergies and unlock potential across the group.
