FERCAM expanded its network in Southern Italy with the opening of a new branch in Campobasso. After Bari, this second new location marks another step in our strategic development along the Adriatic corridor, strengthening our presence in the region and bringing us even closer to our customers. The new branch will serve Molise and Abruzzo, supporting local industries such as automotive and agri-food with full and partial load transport solutions. Recently, our Bolzano branch brought this vision to life in a special way. Under the leadership of Luca Bono, all operational department heads, together with some colleagues from other departments and their families, met in a mountain chalet in San Genesio. The meeting was an opportunity to align management objectives, followed by a home-made barbecue prepared by Luca and colleagues. Moments like these strengthen relationships, spark motivation, and remind us that success is built on people, not just processes.

Nonostante le nuvole e il rischio di pioggia, i nostri colleghi della sede di Bolzano hanno nuovamente partecipato con entusiasmo alla Firmenlauf 2025 di Egna, trasformando la corsa in un momento di energia condivisa e sano spirito competitivo. Come racconta Emanuele Tomasi: «il confronto sui tempi è uno stimolo a dare ogni anno qualcosa in più. Ma molto più dei risultati contano l’impegno e i complimenti reciproci che ci siamo scambiati tra colleghi per supportarci a vicenda».
