𝗘𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗸𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 🏗️🚧 Die Luegbrücke an der A 13 ist mit rund 1,8 Kilometern die längste Brücke Österreichs und genau dort fand dieses Mal unser ASFINAG Walk statt. 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘇𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗿ü𝗰𝗸𝗲: 🔸 62.000 m³ Beton und 9.500 Tonnen Baustahl werden verbaut 🔸 14 Kräne sind entlang der Baustelle im Einsatz 🔸 Planung und Umsetzung eines Tunnels hätten etwa 10 bis 15 Jahre gedauert. Hotel Bristol - ein Wiener Wahrzeichen wird fit für die Zukunft 🏛️🔨 Mitten im Herzen Wiens arbeitet die PORR an der Generalsanierung des traditionsreichen Hotel Bristol am Kärntner Ring, einer Adresse, die weit über die Stadtgrenzen hinaus bekannt ist. Hinter den historischen Mauern entsteht Schritt für Schritt die Zukunft des Hotels: Als Teil-Generalunternehmerin übernimmt die PORR wesentliche Bauleistungen und trägt dazu bei, das traditionsreiche Haus für kommende Generationen zu erhalten. Eine der größten Herausforderungen: die Logistik. Die Lage direkt an der Oper, am Kärntner Ring erfordert höchste Präzision bei An- und Abtransporten. Gleichzeitig gilt es, die laufenden Retailflächen im Erdgeschoß zu berücksichtigen und ein komplexes Bauvorhaben im Bestand umzusetzen. Und ja, es gibt auch kleinere Überraschungen, die historische Gebäude oft bereithalten, für unser Baustellenteam aber keine Hürde darstellen. Unsere PORRiannerinnen und PORRianer vor Ort sind stolz, ein Stück Wiener Baukultur für die Zukunft zu erhalten. Bis Dezember 2026 sollen die Arbeiten abgeschlossen sein. Für das gesamte Projekt ist die Fertigstellung für Ende August 2027 vorgesehen. Behind the historic walls, the hotel’s future is taking shape step by step: As a partial main contractor, PORR is undertaking key construction works and helping to preserve this historic establishment for future generations. One of the biggest challenges is logistics. The location, right next to the Opera House on Kärntner Ring, demands the utmost precision when it comes to deliveries and removals. At the same time, we must take into account the retail spaces still in operation on the ground floor and carry out a complex construction project within the existing building. And yes, there are also the little surprises that historic buildings often have in store, but these pose no obstacle to our site team. Our PORR colleagues on site are proud to be preserving a piece of Viennese architectural heritage for the future. The entire project is due to be finished by the end of August 2027. August erreichte sie nach knapp 7,5 Kilometern Vortrieb, mehr als 23.000 verbauten Tübbingen und der Durchquerung anspruchsvoller geologischer Störzonen ihr Ziel im Baulos H53 Pfons–Brenner. Damit ist die westliche Haupttunnelröhre des Brenner Basistunnels erstmals komplett durchgehend befahrbar. Ein weiterer Projekterfolg für eines der bedeutendsten Infrastrukturprojekte Europas. Breaking News: TBM Wilma hat ihr Ziel erreicht! Zwischen Innsbruck und Franzensfeste besteht nun der erste durchgehende Eisenbahntunnel des BBT! Nach 2 Jahren voller Herausforderungen hat unsere TBM Wilma ihre Reise im Haupttunnel West auf der Baustelle H53 Pfons-Brenner nun beendet. Sie hat rund 7,4 km Richtung Norden vorgetrieben, ca. 23.000 Tübbinge eingebaut und zwei Störzonen erfolgreich gemeistert. Eine unglaubliche Leistung, die Wilma vollbracht hat! Mit diesem TBM-Durchbruch sind nicht nur zwei Baulose (H41 Sillschlucht–Pfons und H53 Pfons–Brenner) miteinander verbunden, sondern auch zwei Länder! Glück Auf! Circa 7,4 chilometri di scavo in direzione nord, circa 23.000 conci montati, 2 zone di faglia superate: questi sono alcuni dei numeri della straordinaria performance della nostra Wilma! In den vergangenen Wochen haben wir unter anderem mit unseren Geschäftsführern DI Gernot Wagner Wagner und Paul Lamprecht darüber gesprochen, warum Arbeitssicherheit für sie höchste Priorität hat. 🚁 Hoch hinaus für die Wasserversorgung der Steinseehütte🏔️ Auf 2.069 Metern Seehöhe realisiert unsere Niederlassung Tirol ein ganz besonderes Infrastrukturprojekt in den Lechtaler Alpen: die umfassende Sanierung der Trinkwasserversorgung für die Steinseehütte des Österreichischen Alpenvereins @alpenverein 💧 Neuerrichtung von zwei Quellfassungen 💧 Bau von zwei Trinkwasserspeichern mit insgesamt 16 m³ Speichervolumen 🏔️ Versorgungssicherheit für eine Berghütte mit 84 Schlafplätzen 🚁 Sämtliche Materialien und Geräte werden per Hubschrauber transportiert Was auf den ersten Blick nach einer kleinen Baustelle aussieht, ist in Wirklichkeit eine logistische Meisterleistung. Da die Hütte nicht über eine Zufahrtsstraße erreichbar ist, erfolgt der gesamte Materialtransport aus der Luft. Jede Lieferung muss präzise geplant und koordiniert werden. Mit Know-how, Teamwork und einer Portion Höhenluft sorgt die PORR Tirol dafür, dass die Wasserversorgung der Steinseehütte langfristig gesichert wird. As the hut cannot be reached by road, all materials are transported by air. Every delivery must be precisely planned and coordinated. 🚁 Hoch hinaus für die Wasserversorgung der Steinseehütte🏔️ Auf 2.069 Metern Seehöhe realisiert unsere Niederlassung Tirol ein ganz besonderes Infrastrukturprojekt in den Lechtaler Alpen: die umfassende Sanierung der Trinkwasserversorgung für die Steinseehütte des Österreichischer Alpenverein . 💧 Neuerrichtung von zwei Quellfassungen 💧 Bau von zwei Trinkwasserspeichern mit insgesamt 16 m³ Speichervolumen 🏔️ Versorgungssicherheit für eine Berghütte mit 84 Schlafplätzen 🚁 Sämtliche Materialien und Geräte werden per Hubschrauber transportiert Was auf den ersten Blick nach einer kleinen Baustelle aussieht, ist in Wirklichkeit eine logistische Meisterleistung. Da die Hütte nicht über eine Zufahrtsstraße erreichbar ist, erfolgt der gesamte Materialtransport aus der Luft. Jede Lieferung muss präzise geplant und koordiniert werden. Mit Know-how, Teamwork und einer PORRtion Höhenluft sorgt die PORR Tirol dafür, dass die Wasserversorgung der Steinseehütte langfristig gesichert wird. 🏡 Aus Leerstand wird Lebensraum… Wo heute noch Baustellenbetrieb herrscht, werden Anfang 2027 Menschen wohnen, ihren Alltag verbringen und Nachbarn kennenlernen. Aus einem Gebäude mit Leerstand entstehen 38 moderne Wohnungen im Thaliahof, mitten im Herzen des 16. Wiener Gemeindebezirks. Die PORR saniert 26 Bestandswohnungen und schafft gleichzeitig 12 neue Wohnungen durch den Ausbau des Dachgeschosses & die Errichtung von zwei zusätzlichen Geschossen. Das Projekt vereint Bestandserhalt und modernes Bauen. Das neue Dachgeschoss entsteht in einer Kombination aus Stahlbau und Holzriegelbauweise. So schaffen wir zusätzlichen Wohnraum und nutzen vorhandene Strukturen sinnvoll weiter 🌱 Der Thaliahof steht für Wiener Baukultur mit Zukunft. Gemeinsam mit allen Projektbeteiligten verwandeln wir ein lange leerstehendes Gebäude in modernen Wohnraum und erwecken dieses geschichtsträchtige Haus zu neuem Leben. A vacant building is being transformed into 38 modern flats at Thaliahof, right in the heart of Vienna’s 16th district. PORR is refurbishing 26 existing flats and creating 12 new flats by converting the attic and constructing two additional floors. The project combines the preservation of existing structures with modern construction. The new attic is being built using a combination of steel and timber frame construction. In this way, we are creating additional living space whilst making smart use of existing structures 🌱 The Thaliahof embodies Viennese building culture with a future. Together with everyone involved in the project, we are transforming a building that has stood empty for a long time into modern living space and breathing new life into this historic building. Künftig erschließen zwei neue Aufzüge alle Etagen bis ins Dachgeschoss. Zudem sorgt die Neugestaltung des Erdgeschosses und der Fassadenfront für ein modernes und harmonisches Gesamtbild. Furthermore, the redesign of the ground floor and the façade will ensure a modern and harmonious overall appearance. The project combines the preservation of existing structures with modern construction. The new top floor is being built using a combination of steel and timber frame construction. In this way, we are creating additional living space whilst making sensible use of existing structures 🌱 The Thaliahof embodies Viennese building culture with a future. 🚆 Bahnhof Flughafen Graz-Feldkirchen: Der neue Personensteg wurde erfolgreich eingehoben. Rund 23 Meter lang, 37 Tonnen schwer und künftig das zentrale Verbindungselement eines modernisierten und barrierefreien Bahnhofs. Seit Anfang des Jahres arbeiten wir im Auftrag der @unsereoebb mit Hochdruck an diesem komplexen Bauvorhaben. Eine der größten Herausforderungen – der gesamte Bahnhof musste während der Arbeiten in Betrieb bleiben. Die Bahnsteigverlängerungen von 190 auf 220 Meter sind fertiggestellt, ebenso sind die neuen Stiegenhäuser und Liftanlagen großteils errichtet. 🏗️Der Einhub des Personenstegs markierte den nächsten Meilenstein des Projekts. Innerhalb der Sicherheitszone des Flughafens Graz und bei schwierigen Windverhältnissen war höchste Präzision gefragt. Dank des starken Schulterschlusses zwischen unserer Bahn- und Ingenieurbau-Abteilung, unserer lokalen Filiale und unserer internen Stahlbauabteilung konnten wir das Tragwerk millimetergenau in seine Endposition bringen. Ein großes Dankeschön an alle Beteiligten für ihren großartigen Einsatz👏 ____ 🚆 Graz-Feldkirchen Airport station: the new passenger footbridge has been successfully hoisted into place. Around 23 metres long, weighing 37 tonnes, it will form the central link in a modernised and accessible station. Since the start of the year, we have been working flat out on this complex construction project on behalf of @unsereoebb. One of the biggest challenges was that the entire station had to remain operational throughout the works. The platform extensions from 190 to 220 metres are finished, and the new stairwells and lift systems have largely been erected. 🏗️The installation of the passenger walkway marked the next milestone in the project. Working within the security zone of Graz Airport and in difficult wind conditions, the highest level of precision was required. Thanks to the strong collaboration between our teams, we were able to position the supporting structure in its final position with millimetre precision.
