Imagine a workplace where safety isn't just a rule, but part of the culture. At Fresenius Kabi, we are dedicated to creating such an environment for our employees. And today, on World Day for Safety and Health at Work, we celebrate our commitment to safety and health in every aspect of our work. Our team in India recently brought safety to life with a hands-on, high-energy event. From fire drills and first aid training to fun events like Rangoli competitions and Tug of War, our colleagues reinforced our culture of safety while fostering teamwork and awareness. If you haven’t seen Rangoli before – it’s a beautiful tradition using colored powders to create patterns on the ground, resulting in inspiring designs. 🙌 These moments of engagement are part of a bigger picture: our ongoing efforts to improve workplace safety and make it a shared priority. In 2024, we improved our Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) by 20%. LTIFR tracks injuries causing at least one lost workday per million working hours. A lower LTIFR indicates a safer workplace. Our promise, "Committed to Life," drives us to prioritize the well-being of our employees just as much as our patients. 💪 #SafetyFirst #CommittedToLife

🌍 Clean energy in action – this Earth Day and every day. ☀️ At Fresenius Kabi, solar energy is a vital part of our growing clean energy mix. With photovoltaic systems now active at 15 sites worldwide, we are investing in solutions that support both the planet and our long-term resilience. But we are not stopping at solar. Biomass, cogeneration, pellet boilers, and carbon-neutral district heating and cooling are helping us reduce emissions. These steps are part of our commitment to reduce our Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 50% by 2030. ☝ Scope 1 emissions are direct greenhouse gas emissions from our own operations - such as fuel combustion on-site. Scope 2 emissions are indirect emissions from the generation of purchased electricity, steam, heating, and cooling we use. 💚 Join us in our mission to act today for a better tomorrow! #EarthDay #RenewableEnergy #FutureFresenius #CommittedToLife

🎉 Big congrats to Lizl Veldsman from South Africa! She has won the 2025 Harry M. Vars Award from the ASPEN Society in the USA! 🏆 Lizl joined the first wave of our JUMPstart Clinical Nutrition Program and was the winner of the €250,000 grant from Fresenius Kabi to conduct this research in her institution. Her study project looked at whether extra intravenous protein and daily in-bed cycling can help intensive care unit (ICU) patients keep their muscle strength early during critical illness. This work could lead to better recovery and quality of life for critically ill patients – and we are incredibly proud to have supported Lizl Veldsman along the way. 🌟 #CriticalCare #PatientCare #ClinicalNutrition #CommittedToLife @aspen_nutrition
