His focus: managing supplier financial health, optimizing cash flows, implementing a supply chain finance solution, and supporting risk mitigation strategies to secure BRP-Rotax’s long-term stability. For Andreas, Treasury is more than numbers. It’s about enabling sustainable business decisions, streamlining financial processes, and safeguarding operational flexibility. Contributing to projects like the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) has further sharpened his perspective on enterprise risk management. One recent highlight? The successful launch of a Reverse Factoring program. This solution didn’t just improve liquidity and optimize supplier payment terms – it also reinforced strategic partnerships with key suppliers. “Seeing how this initiative created real benefits for both BRP-Rotax and our suppliers – and directly strengthened our financial resilience – made this project especially rewarding for me,” Andreas shares. What a great time we had at the Rotax Life Challenge in Wackersdorf! 🇩🇪 From sunny weather to good conversations and even better food — July 5–6 brought together a community that shares the same love for racing and innovation.
