🇦🇹 Gestern durften wir am „Tag der Wirtschaft“ an der HTL Hallein @htl_hallein teilnehmen. 📈 Unser Stand war sehr gut besucht, das Interesse kam aus allen Jahrgängen – von den ersten Klassen, die sich für facheinschlägige Praktika interessierten, bis hin zu den Abschlussklassen, die sich bereits konkret eine Zukunft in unserem Unternehmen vorstellen können. Viele spannende Gespräche, großes Interesse und motivierte Talente 💡 danke an alle, die vorbeigeschaut haben! --- 🇬🇧 Yesterday, we had the opportunity to be part of the “Tage der Wirtschaft” at HTL Hallein. 📈 Our booth was very well visited throughout the day, with strong interest from students across all year levels, from first-year students exploring internship opportunities to graduating classes already considering their future careers with us. This week, we took part in the annual company day at HTL Saalfelden – an event we have been proudly attending for many years. 🙌🏼 Our colleagues were on site, providing insights into our company and answering students’ questions about career opportunities and apprenticeships. A big thank you to HTL Saalfelden (@htlsaalfelden_htlpongau) for the great organization and to all students for the engaging conversations – we’re already looking forward to next year! 🚀
Wie nachhaltig kann ein modernes Energiekraftwerk wirklich sein? 🌱⚡ Der Verein "Doyobe" mit Geschäftsführer Onur Bakis zeigt, wie echter Dialog funktioniert. Im Austausch mit M. Kaindl GmbH haben engagierte junge Menschen genau hingeschaut und nachgefragt: Wie sauber ist das geplante Energiekraftwerk wirklich? Welche Auswirkungen hat es auf Umwelt und Zukunft? 150 Years of HTL Salzburg – and we were right in the mix! ⚡ What a vibe at the Career Day on March 11th! We celebrated a massive anniversary while meeting the tech leaders of tomorrow. Our powerhouse duo, Ms. Peric and Ms. Grismayer, held down the booth and were absolutely swamped with interest! • The Stats: 60+ exhibitors, hundreds of students, and endless great conversations. • The Mood: Innovation meets tradition. • The Verdict: The future of engineering is looking bright (and we want to be part of it). Great morning at the HTL St. Johann Career Day! 🚀 It was a pleasure to connect with the next generation of talent from the Mechatronics and Informatics departments. Even though it was an intimate event, the quality of conversations was outstanding. Special thanks to our IT Technician apprentice, Julian Jeglitsch, for joining the team and providing authentic insights into what it’s like to work with us. There's nothing better than hearing about a career path directly from someone who is successfully walking it! Nachwuchsförderung ist für uns mehr als ein Schlagwort. Im Rahmen eines Schnupperpraktikums im Bereich Metalltechnik konnten interessierte Jugendliche praxisnahe Einblicke in unsere Ausbildungswelt gewinnen. Frühe Orientierung, echte Erfahrung und persönliche Betreuung sind für uns zentrale Bausteine einer erfolgreichen Lehrlingsausbildung. 🚀 --- Supporting young talent is more than just a buzzword for us. During a recent trial internship in metal technology, students gained hands-on insights into our apprenticeship program and daily operations. Early career orientation and practical experience are key elements of sustainable talent development. 🚀 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dvUZuNk3
