🛣️Auf der A02 Süd Autobahn schreitet die Generalsanierung der Tunnelkette Pack weiter voran. Im Auftrag der ASFINAG modernisiert die PORR derzeit den Herzogbergtunnel sowie in weiterer Folge die Tunnel Mitterberg und Kalcherkogel und bringt damit zentrale Infrastruktur auf den neuesten Stand. 🚇Aktuell läuft die erste Bauphase mit der baulichen Sanierung der Tunnelröhre des Herzogbergtunnels in Fahrtrichtung Arnoldstein. Parallel dazu werden zahlreiche Arbeiten in enger Taktung umgesetzt – vom Abbruch der bestehenden Fahrbahn über Tunnelbauarbeiten wie Querschläge und Nischen bis hin zu Leitungsbau, Tunnelbeschichtung und dem anschließenden Wiederaufbau des kompletten Fahrbahnaufbaus. Gerade die Vielzahl an Gewerken in nur einer Tunnelröhre erfordert eine präzise Koordination. Deshalb wird das Projekt konsequent nach Lean-Prinzipien abgewickelt, mit klaren Abläufen und enger Zusammenarbeit aller Beteiligten. 🔋Auch Nachhaltigkeit spielt auf der Baustelle eine wichtige Rolle. Elektrofahrzeuge sind bereits im Einsatz und werden direkt vor Ort über eine eigens installierte Photovoltaikanlage mit Energie versorgt. Wir freuen uns, dieses wichtige Infrastrukturprojekt gemeinsam mit der ASFINAG umzusetzen und damit einen Beitrag zur langfristigen Sicherheit und Leistungsfähigkeit der A02 zu leisten. ___ 🛣️Work is continuing on the comprehensive refurbishment of the Pack tunnel complex on the A02 South motorway. On behalf of ASFINAG , PORR is currently modernising the Herzogberg Tunnel and will subsequently modernise the Mitterberg and Kalcherkogel tunnels, thereby bringing this key infrastructure up to the latest standards. 🚇The first construction phase is currently underway, involving the structural refurbishment of the Herzogberg Tunnel tube in the direction of Arnoldstein. In parallel, numerous works are being carried out in close succession – from the demolition of the existing carriageway, through tunnel construction works such as cross-passages and niches, to utility installation, tunnel lining and the subsequent reconstruction of the entire carriageway structure. The sheer number of trades working within a single tunnel tube requires precise coordination. That is why the project is being managed consistently according to lean principles, with clear processes and close cooperation between all parties involved. 🔋Sustainability also plays an important role on the construction site. Electric vehicles are already in use and are powered directly on-site via a specially installed photovoltaic system. Gleichenfeier bei der Justizanstalt Klagenfurt 🏗️🎉 Ein bedeutender Meilenstein ist erreicht: Die Rohbauarbeiten schreiten planmäßig voran und große Teile der Anlage stehen bereits. Das Projekt umfasst eine moderne Justizanstalt mit sternförmigem Hafttrakt, Verwaltungsgebäude sowie weiteren Funktionsbereichen. Auftraggeberin ist die BIG Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft m.b.H. Einige Kennzahlen zeigen die Dimension: 🔹 rund 25.000 m³ Beton 🔹 rund 2.500 Tonnen Bewehrung 🔹 rund 100.000 Arbeitsstunden, davon bereits 78.000 geleistet Besonders ist der nahezu vollständige Stahlbetonbau sowie der sternförmige Grundriss, der maximale Übersicht und Sicherheit gewährleistet. Auch die Haftzellen stellen höchste Anforderungen an Präzision und Ausführung. Großen Respekt verdient das gesamte Team: In nur dreizehn Monaten wurden Hafttrakt sowie Allgemein- und Verwaltungstrakt parallel errichtet. The project comprises a modern prison with a star-shaped detention wing, an administration building and other functional areas. The client is BIG Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft m.b.H. Some key figures illustrate the scale of the project: 🔹 around 25,000 m³ of concrete 🔹 around 2,500 tonnes of reinforcement 🔹 around 100,000 working hours, of which 78,000 have already been completed Particularly noteworthy is the almost entirely reinforced concrete construction and the star-shaped floor plan, which ensures maximum visibility and security. The detention cells also place the highest demands on precision and workmanship. The entire team deserves great respect: in just thirteen months, the detention wing and the general and administrative wings were constructed in parallel. Erfolgreiche Montage der Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke Schwaz–Stans 🌉🚲 Auf der Baustelle der neuen 102m langen schweren Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke Schwaz–Stans schreiten die Arbeiten planmäßig voran. Nach der erfolgreichen Montage der ersten Brückenhälfte konnte nun auch der zweite große Hub erfolgreich durchgeführt werden. Bei herrlichem Wetter wurde die verbleibende Brückenhälfte stückweise mittels komplexer Tandemhübe an ihre endgültige Position gebracht. Damit ist ein weiterer wichtiger Schritt im Bauablauf geschafft. Nach dem Rückbau der Montagehilfskonstruktionen kann die halbseitig im Inn eingebrachte Vorschüttung rechtzeitig vor dem Ende der Niedrigwasserperiode wieder entfernt werden. 👷♂️👷♀️ Am Projekt arbeiten unter anderem PORRianer*innen des Ingenieurbau Tirol sowie der Stahlbaugruppe gemeinsam an der Umsetzung dieser neuen Verbindung für den Rad- und Fußverkehr. In glorious weather, the remaining half of the bridge was moved piece by piece into its final position using complex tandem lifts. This marks another important step in the construction process. 🔧 Baufortschritt Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke Schwaz–Stans: Auf unserer Baustelle der neuen Rad- und Fußgängerbrücke zwischen Schwaz und Stans geht es planmäßig voran. Anfang März ist der Einhub des zweiten Brückenteils vorgesehen. Damit rückt die Fertigstellung der Tragkonstruktion einen entscheidenden Schritt näher. Bei den Arbeiten am Firmengelände der @schachermayer.at GmbH in Linz nähern wir uns dem nächsten Meilenstein 🏗️ 🏗️ Der Rohbau für das Sperrgutlager 4 (SG4) und das Hochregallager III (HRLIII) steht kurz vor der Fertigstellung – lediglich zwei große Deckenabschnitte werden noch betoniert. Damit nimmt der neue Industriekomplex mit rund 25.500 m² Bruttogeschossfläche weiter klar Form an. 🏢 Auch die Aufstockung des Bürogebäudes ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Bei den Arbeiten am Firmengelände der Schachermayer GmbH in Linz nähern wir uns dem nächsten Meilenstein 🏗️ 🏗️ Der Rohbau für das Sperrgutlager 4 (SG4) und das Hochregallager III (HRLIII) steht kurz vor der Fertigstellung – lediglich zwei große Deckenabschnitte werden noch betoniert. Damit nimmt der neue Industriekomplex mit rund 25.500 m² Bruttogeschossfläche weiter klar Form an. 🏢 Auch die Aufstockung des Bürogebäudes ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Ausgestattet mit vollständiger Sicherheitsausrüstung betritt Rafael die Baustelle und performt eine eigens entwickelte Choreografie hoch über den Dächern. Mitten im aktuell größten PPP-Hochbauprojekt Österreichs entsteht eine moderne Zentralberufsschule für bis zu 7.500 Schülerinnen und Schüler jährlich sowie rund 350 Beschäftigte. Equipped with full safety gear, Rafael enters the construction site and performs a specially developed choreography high above the rooftops. 🏫In the midst of what is currently Austria's largest PPP building construction project, a modern central vocational school is being built for up to 7,500 students per year and around 350 employees.
