🚀 Opening of the New Logistics and IT Center Vorarlberg A milestone moment for Gebrüder Weiss – and a strong signal for #Vorarlberg as a business hub: With the official opening of our new Logistics and IT Center in Wolfurt, Austria, we have officially opened one of the most important sites in our company’s history. More than 250 guests from business, politics, media, project partners, and our own teams joined us to celebrate this achievement. As part of a symbolic buzzer moment, Wolfram Senger-Weiss, CEO of Gebrüder Weiss, inaugurated the site together with Vorarlberg Governor Markus Wallner and Wolfurt Mayor Angelika Moosbrugger. „The Logistics and IT Center represents a momentous step forward for our organization. We are making this investment in full awareness of the economically challenging environment; we are creating infrastructure that is designed for a period of decades,“ said Senger-Weiss. Spanning more than 30,000 square meters, the new facility brings logistics and IT even closer together. With a fully automated high-bay warehouse and state-of-the-art workspaces for over 400 employees, we are laying the foundation for more efficient, transparent, and resilient supply chains – now and in the future. Grand Silver Decoration of Honor for Wolfram Senger-Weiss 🏅 Wolfram Senger-Weiss, Chairman of the Management Board of Gebrüder Weiss , has been awarded the Grand Silver Decoration of Honor for Services to the Republic of Austria - among Austria’s most prestigious state awards. The award was presented by Federal Chancellor Christian Stocker in Schwarzach, Vorarlberg. In his remarks, the Chancellor highlighted Senger-Weiss’ international impact, global vision, and commitment beyond Austria’s borders – with the clear objective of creating prosperity and securing jobs in Austria for the long term. 🌍 On the same evening, Senger-Weiss was also honored with the VN Business Award as part of the “Top 100” event organized by Vorarlberger Nachrichten .
