Meet Christoph Zehetner, our Trainee in Event Management! 🏁 From the lecture halls of FH Kufstein Tirol to the drift tracks of Bahrain, Christoph’s journey with BRP-Rotax has been a whirlwind of adrenaline and organization since he joined us in October 2025. What does life as a Rotax trainee look like? 📆 Day 5: Managing the livestream for our Innovation & Technology Symposium. 📆 Month 2: Flying to the RMC Grand Finals in Bahrain to help coordinate the spectacular Luke Czepiela flyover and Abdo Feghali’s drift show. ✈️💨 "The highlight was definitely sitting in the car during the drift show—an unforgettable experience," Christoph says. But it’s not all about the thrills; it’s about the impact. "The best part is seeing the visitors happy and knowing you contributed to that joy." Currently, Christoph is planning our exhibition stand for the 47th International Vienna Motor Symposium. Our apprentices really shined during the recent visit of Federal Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism @wolfganghattmannsdorfer ! 🌟 It was a great opportunity for our next generation to speak directly with the Federal Minister about their daily work and the various apprenticeship paths we offer here at BRP-Rotax. They shared insights into their training and what it takes to develop the skills of tomorrow. As a special highlight, the team presented the Federal Minister with a unique, self-made gift: a Can-Am Spyder trophy, crafted right here in our workshop. This project perfectly shows the creativity and technical precision our apprentices bring to the table every day. We are incredibly proud to see so much talent and passion in our team. From Gunskirchen to Finland: An Exchange Experience Two of our apprenticeship trainees in industrial business management, Lena and Katharina, had the unique opportunity to spend two weeks at our BRP site in Finland as part of their international exchange program. They immersed themselves in new workflows, met dedicated colleagues, and experienced how another BRP location operates. During their stay, they explored the production facilities, observed the assembly line in action, and saw firsthand how tightly logistics, production, and quality control work together. And outside the workplace? Finland’s breathtaking landscapes – calm lakes, endless forests, and crisp northern air – made the experience even more memorable. What stood out most? “The openness and support of the Finnish team made our stay incredibly enriching.” A warm thank you to everyone on-site for welcoming Lena and Katharina so warmly. These two weeks were not just part of their training – but a truly inspiring and empowering chapter.
