Bilfinger has secured a £22 million contract extension at a major life science facility in Scotland. ⚙️🧬 The two-year agreement covers integrated maintenance and turnaround solutions, including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation services, access, insulation and painting. Sandy Bonner, Segment President Western Europe at Bilfinger, said: "This contract extension demonstrates the value of our integrated service model in highly regulated industries. It enables us to deliver consistent results while helping customers enhance efficiency and reliability."

Work is progressing on bp's new green hydrogen production facility in Lingen, and our teams are making progress every day. 💪↗️ Bilfinger Group CEO Thomas Schulz and Segment President Central Europe Thierry Burki recently visited the customer site to get a firsthand look at it. Together with involved Bilfinger colleagues and #bp leadership, the meeting set the scene to reaffirm our shared commitment to the safe and successful delivery of Bilfinger’s scope. 🤝 Bilfinger is responsible for the prefabrication, assembly, and installation of plant components, which is expected to involve a team of over 200 #TeamBilfinger experts on site during peak periods. Upon planned commissioning in 2027, the facility will produce up to 11,000 tons of #greenhydrogen annually, making it bp’s largest plant of its kind. 🎯 While the site is manning up and momentum is building, #safety stays the top priority. That’s why we were proud to recognize two of our colleagues on-site for their exemplary safety behavior. 🦺✅
