Last month, six talented trainees started the Greiner Professional Program and are now part of #TeamGreiner 💙✨ Over the next 18 months, they will gain practical experience in sales, operations, sustainability, controlling, and digitalization & IT. The program offers international experience, cross-functional insights, and the opportunity to build a strong professional network. We wish all participants an inspiring journey and every success 🤗!

Last Thursday, Vienna's Danube Island was transformed into a colorful sports festival for the 24th Business Run, with 32,000 participants, including 27 colleagues from #TeamGreiner 💙. Nine teams of three braved the summer heat and gave their all with full motivation and team spirit 💪. The result? Not only strong performances, but also lots of fun and shared moments. A big thank you to everyone who took part – you have once again proven that we can achieve more together 👏.

AI is changing the way we work – and at Greiner, we make sure our employees are prepared for it 🚀 That's why we offer regular training on how to use tools such as Copilot: from quick answers to everyday questions to in-depth analysis for complex challenges – and even powerful image generation. To make the opportunities as tangible as possible (and to keep things fun 😉), our Copilot users created their own movie posters as a challenge. The results are entertaining, but the purpose is serious: to understand how AI can help us work smarter, faster, and more creatively. ℹ️ The images shown were generated with AI

From injection molding lunch boxes and recycling old plastic caps to soldering LED gadgets, they got a playful glimpse into the world of technical training at Greiner. We’re proud to inspire the next generation of technical experts🔧 – and to connect them with their parents’ workplace.

From injection molding lunch boxes and recycling old plastic caps to soldering LED gadgets, they got a playful glimpse into the world of technical training at Greiner. Learning across borders 🌍: As part of a two-week exchange, two apprentices from Greiner Bio-One in Kremsmünster (Austria) and Frickenhausen (Germany) recently had the chance to swap workplaces and gain international experience. This program enables our junior staff to gain practical experience abroad, learn about new work processes, strengthen their independence and social skills, and develop a deeper understanding of international cooperation. Stefan Strassmeir, Training Manager at Greiner Bio-One International sums it up as follows: “Gaining experience plays a central role in personal development, learning, and success in life.” We are committed to supporting the next generation of qualified professionals and will continue to help them broaden their horizons in the future 🌟.
